Welcome to Path of Adventures Banner Exchange program. Path of Adventures is about supporting the RPG community in a variety of ways, and one way is to get the word out about other RPG games, resources, and information to and around the community. And one great way to do this is through a Banner Exchange program. |
Any role-playing website, this includes games, is allowed to join the exchange. We do not judge the site, other than the PoA CoC and ToS concerns. Which means;
- A Banner image can be no more and no less than 468 pixels in width by 60 pixels in height.
- Coding must be put on the web site. You want it to be place in a high traffic area, because the more it is activated the more your banner is place out in the Exchange.
- The Exchange is set up for a 1:1 ratio, this means for every banner you display on your website, your banner is displayed on another’s website.
- Please do not place banners on an auto refresh page.
- If you site contains Adult material, it must be listed on the front page of the link the banner goes to as Adult content. No Adult content on the front page of the link submitted.
- No Adult material on the banner itself.
- The banner must be on the main page entering your website in a place people should be able to see easily. You may also place the banner on other pages as you see fit (the more times it's displayed, the more times yours will be displayed). However, at no time may you have the banner located twice or more on the same exact page.
- You will need to sign up on PoA's Banner Exchange forums for updates, information, resources, and help.
- It will take a day or two, rarely more, to activate the account. However, you will gain credits while you have the banner exchange code on your site. This means you will not lose banner time while waiting to get your account activated.
On top of earning banner credits, the PoA RPG Banner exchange also displays a complete list of all active websites with their banners on the PoA forums so people don't have to wait to randomly see your banner. These displays do not count against you, it's a complimentary thank you to each and every site in the exchange.
